The small house (35 m² of living space) includes a bedroom for 2 people, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, small refrigerator, sink, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
There’s a shower room with a toilet.
The house also features a large terrace with sun exposure from the east and south. Dining area, barbecue and sun loungers.
An electric sauna is located just 10 meters from the sea.
Guests have access to a rowing boat, 2 sea kayaks, 2 surfboards, fishing equipment, a private dock with a large sun deck, and a small beach. These amenities are shared with Cottage 3196, which is also available for rent on the same property, as well as with the host family.
A 10% discount is offered if both cottages are rented by the same guest.
The price includes bed linen and towels. Mandatory professional final cleaning, including washing of bed linen and towels, is charged at an additional SEK 350.
