The main house (120 m² of living space) features 3 bedrooms, each with space for 2 people, a spacious living room, a large bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate toilet, and a kitchen with a utility room that includes a washing machine and drying cabinet. The house also has a large terrace with sun exposure from the east and south, as well as dining table for up to 10 people, barbecue and sun loungers. There’s a veranda to the west with a large dining table, perfect for dinners with a view of the meadow and forest, where deer often graze.
An electric sauna is located just 10 meters from the sea.
Guests have access to a rowing boat, 2 sea kayaks, 2 surfboards, fishing equipment, a private dock with a large sun deck, and a small beach. These amenities are shared with Cottage 3198, which is also available for rent on the same property, as well as with the host family.
A 10% discount is offered if both cottages are rented by the same guest.
The price includes bed linen and towels. Mandatory professional final cleaning, including washing of bed linen and towels, is charged at an additional SEK 1,450.
A charming small archipelago with both inhabited and uninhabited islands, located along Furusundsleden. It’s close to beautiful forests, hiking trails, a national park, cultural sites, and a lovely farm with animals and a farm shop.
There are also good bus connections to Norrtälje, Åkersberga, and Stockholm.
