Nice cabin with a seaside location on Blidö in Stockholm's northern archipelago. You can get to the island by ferry from Furusund via Yxlan. The cabin is approx. 300 from the ocean and to a swimming area with a playground, it is approx. 750 m.
From the entrance door you enter the hallway with hanging facilities and to the right a wardrobe/storage room. In the hallway there is also an air heating pump that can also be used for cooling on hot summer days, and a Wi-Fi router. From the hallway you enter the family room and the kitchen. In the family room there is, among other things, large window areas and a wood-burning stove that provides coziness and pleasant warmth.
The kitchen is well equipped and it also has a dining area. The TV room also contains a sofa bed. The TV has chromecast so you can transfer videos from mobile to TV.
The bedroom has a double bed and chest of drawers. The bathroom is newly renovated and has, in addition to a shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and incinerator toilet and a washing machine. The bathroom is also equipped with underfloor heating.
Terraces with garden furniture are on both sides of the house. In the yard (2205 m2) there are both a vegetable and flower garden, a lawn, a barbecue area and a natural area with several kinds of berries as well as football goal posts and hammocks that you can rest in.
A woodshed and a friggebod are also in the yard. . A small forest hut can also be found among the trees.
From Blidö you can make several boat trips. Among other things to norröra where the Astrid Lindgren movie Saltkråkan takes place.
On Blidö there is also an inn, cafe, Linkens nature reserve, cinema, sports ground with i.a. paddling courses, business that is also the liquor store representative. There is also a craftsman's store .
Perch and pike are best fished in the marina (300 m) from the cabin.
