Own beach yard and dock!
The house is about 35 square meters divided into a living room with a corner sofa and a lovely view out of the large window. A small kitchen with everything needed in terms of equipment, stove with two plates, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker.
Bedroom with a double bed and a baby crib. A small kitchen table with room for 5 people.
There is a guest cabin of 10 m2 and a house of 10 m2 with a shower and a toilet. So a total of 55 m2 of living space.
Large lovely terrace (approx. 100 sqm) on two floors with a corner sofa and a large table with room for 6 people. However, extra chairs can be placed there so we have room for 10 people total around the table. New Broil King grill and a small outdoor kitchen.
The dock is fantastic with another sofa group. You can of course swim from the dock!
Skanssundet is about 4 km from the cabin. You can easily get there with the free ferry that runs across the strait. A fantastic ice cream buffet or lunch/dinner can be enjoyed here!
For families with children, there is Tom Titts in Södertälje! Fantastic place where you can easily spend a whole day with adventures and fun experiments.
A horse farm is located approx. 300 m from the cabin and you can book horse riding there. At the farmer you can buy home-made honey, jam and eggs from the free-range hens.
Eldtomta cafe (famous for its prawn sandwiches) and its own small convenience store (food24) are 1km from the cabin.
