Fantastic accommodation with that little extra. Large and well-equipped modern kitchen with 12 seats, kitchen island, wood-burning stove and 3 m ceiling height. Dining room also with 12 seats. Generous living areas with stove and fireplace downstairs. Fully equipped laundry room. Spacious hallway, two bathrooms and three toilets and a private yard of 3300 sqm. There is an outdoor jacuzzi. You can get fresh eggs every morning in exchange for feeding the chickens, this is optional.
The yard is fenced. The yard consists of lawn fruit trees a large parking lot for free 5+ cars. Natural yard with a mountain that the children enjoy playing on. In addition, there is a proper swing set with two single swings and a baby swing. There is a sandpit with toys, slide and tree house. Two patios one with morning and evening sun and the other facing south. There are 2 sun loungers and 2 sun beds. A lovely seating area for about 8 people. Outside the kitchen there are barbeques, tables and benches for wonderful barbeque evenings. 500 meters from the house there is a beautiful natural area where cows and sheep graze in the summers. The house is mostly surrounded by nature and has no direct visibility.
There is a pizzeria and tai food take out at Svinninge market 2.5 km from the cabin. Beautiful walking paths and fantastic swimming spots. The water is only a couple of minutes from the cabin. At a distance of 10 minutes there are several large shopping centers (Arninge Centrum and Åkersberga Centrum). Calm area.
There is a guest house in the yard which is sometimes inhabited by the owner's mother.
At this cabin you can have a climate-smart vacation and travel to the vicinity of your vacation home without your own car, instead travel there with public transportation. There are bus communications. The bus passes right by the house.
