The cabin you rent is located alone on a headland right next to the lake in the province of Södermanland beautiful nature. You pass a large cow pasture and then end up on "Björkudden" where you get a wonderful vacation week in a fully equipped house with the opportunity to cook, chill in front of the fire, grill on one of the large patios facing both north and south or enjoy the large surfaces of the garden. You live completely alone with all the possibilities for fresh air, nature experiences and fishing opportunities. The lake is swimming friendly with access to two docks. The house's large windows open up to a panoramic view where opportunities are given to see beautiful spectacles in the sky or to watch the rich bird life near the house. The silence and solitude also offer a good night's sleep in comfortable beds. The cabin is located right on the border between the provinces of Östergötland and Södermanland. To the nearest neighbor it is 1km.
Tourists attractions
In Vingåker is the well-visited outlet store "Factory outlet" with adjacent shops and restaurants. In the immediate area there are also castles to visit, bike paths to use or visit cozy summer cafés. Rejmyre with glassworks, shop and café is 25 km from the cabin. Kartineholm 30 km, Örebro 60 km, Linköping 100 km.
About fishing
Nice fishing opportunities directly from the cabin, the fish that are fished are mainly perch, pike and bream.
In a larger lake about 1 km from the cabin you fish for pikeperch.
Rowing boat is available at the cabin. Fishing is done with a fishing rod or cast rod. The best time for fishing is May-June.

There are different bed options. Two people sleep in the sleeping loft. The sleeping area has a double bed but also a bunk bed in the same room, which allows 4 people to sleep in this room. In the garden there is also a newly built cabin with two separate bedrooms with double bed (no toilet / water). The guest decides which rooms are used. It is not possible to add more guests (max 6 people).

All in all, a lovely cottage, in some fantastic surroundings. Unfortunately, the lake was completely green with algae, so swimming and fishing were impossible. Rents 2 to 3 cabins in Sweden where the priority is FISHING, the cabin does not live up to that.
