Södermanland 2869 Nice cabin with lake views by an eco-friendly farm

Cabin Åstugan is the perfect cabin for you who want to live in the middle of nature, not in the middle of the farm center but a little next door and appreciate the small path between the parking lot and the cottage. The cottage contains a kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and a cozy living room with fully glazed sliding doors. From here you come directly out on the terrace. In the living room, the sofa with divan can be converted into a double bed with a width of 160 cm. You will find the environmental toilet in its own small room. The kitchen is equipped with stove with oven, cooker hood, sink with two sinks, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom with underfloor heating. On the terrace there is a barbecue for our guests. Åstugan underwent a major improvement and renovation in 2019 and was reopened for the 2020 season. The cottage is located on a small hill surrounded by different types of deciduous trees. On one side there is the river with reeds and beaver passages, the other sides are surrounded by pastures and fields. Sometimes our animals walk and graze right next door. The cottage is located about 75 m from the lake Övre Gällringen. It is a fairly large lake with several islands that you can swim at and visit. You can also borrow a rowing boat and also fish on our fishing water if you wish. Rocklösa farm is located in an absolutely wonderful nature. Here you will find silence, tranquility and a de-stressing environment. The landscape is hilly and varied with old oaks in the pastures and small plots of land. There is old nice forest to walk in and 49 lakes in our area. Lots of different kinds of wild animals and birds and both common and unusual fungi as well as plants thrive in the unique conditions. All seasons are equally amazing. Here on the farm we run a small organic farm and on the farm there are different kinds of animals such as horses, chickens, mountain cows, ducks, sometimes kittens and cats. We have a small farm shop with many different kinds of goods and every day you can buy newly laid eggs from our chickens and ducks. During the year, in addition to July-August, we also offer a stay where we have packed an outdoor activity with accommodation. Activities to choose from are; tour riding, hiking, bike rides, kayaking, mushroom safaris (guided tours in Swedish), bushcraft / survival course and golf. The farm is located only 90 km from Stockholm and in the middle of Sörmland. 1 km from us passes Näckrosleden (cycle path) and a little further away is Sörmlandsleden (hiking trail). Several different bathing spots are nearby and seven different nature reserves.
