The cottage is situated on a headland right next to Lake Marsjön, surrounded by pastures, lawns, and lush greenery at the border of Södermanland and Östergötland.
The house is fully equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom, wood-burning stove, and two terraces perfect for barbequing and enjoying the sunset.
You’ll have complete privacy, with endless opportunities for fresh air, nature exploration, and fishing. The lake is ideal for swimming and offers access to two docks.
The living room features two large panoramic windows with stunning views of Lake Marsjön.
Many guests find the privacy, tranquility, and fresh air truly captivating.
A cozy sauna is available right by the lake for an additional fee of 200 SEK per use.
There’s also a playground for children located near the house.
For those interested in fishing, a rowing boat is provided. Exploring Lake Marsjön on a warm summer evening is best enjoyed in the rowing boat or the canoe.

Guest Cottage
Located about 30 meters from the main house, the guest cottage features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. Please note that the guest cottage does not have a toilet. The guest cottage is included in the rental price.
Cottage 2123

Vingåker is home to the popular "Factory Outlet," surrounded by additional shops and restaurants.
The area also offers attractions such as castles to explore, including Säfstaholm and Eriksberg, scenic cycling paths, and charming summer cafés.
Rejmyre, located 25 km away, features a glassworks, a shop, and a cozy café.
Other nearby cities include Katrineholm (30 km), Örebro (60 km), and Linköping (100 km).
Fine fishing opportunities directly from the cottage, the fish that bite are mainly perch, pike and bream. Fishing is done with a fishing rod or a casting rod. The best time for fishing is May-June. In a larger lake (Tisnaren) about 1 km from the cottage you can fish for pike perch. A fishing license is required there.
