The cabin was built in 1946, simple and picturesque. A living room and three bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, washing machine, kitchen with a dishwasher. Dining area is in the living room and on the porch. The yard is about 1000 sqm with a nice mix of different shrubs, trees and open lawns, hammock and garden furniture.
The yard is next to the common area with tennis court and a large beach. Restaurant on the square 200 meters from the cabin. Car can be parked in the yard.
Good communications by bus and commuter train from Stockholm Central. Travel time is just under an hour. In the vicinity of the cabin, excursion boats depart for the tourist destination of Utö.

Hi, the location of the house was good, the house was also good.
Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Rating 5
There was a lack of hot water in the house and a decent toilet. Rating 6.
Toilet in the separate building described, but we did not expect a dry toilet.

Wonderful location.. Close to baths and squares, yet so protected from view.
The cabin is so spacious and so is the yard. Easy to hang out at. Very child friendly!
