This house is located by a large stream, a watercourse, which leads out to the large, very long, lake Näringen.
It is a semi-detached house, the 2 families who looked after the dam lived here for several hundred years, when Skebobruk was an important ironwork community. The house was built around 1701, and is the only original house left from this time.
Today it is a total of 100 m2 with 2 equal-sized apartments of 50 m2 each. Both apartments have their own entrance. You rent the whole house. 2 people can stay here, or a maximum of 7 people

Seataing area outside the front door.
This means that two families can share this house. Or bring perhaps grandma who gets her own apartment.
At the back of the house there is a private parking space for 2 cars. If you don't have a car, you can take the regular bus from Stockholm here. Takes about 1.5 hours and costs only about €4. The bus comes several times through the day.
The yard is protected from view. Here you live inside your own little garden. All around there is beautiful nature and large park areas. Our nearest neighbor across the river is a beautiful Manor building, also from the 18th century. This is a unique environment. There is nothing disturbing around the house.
Fence around the entire yard, front and back - so children can roam freely. The river is so close to the house, so you can sit in front of the kitchen window and fish for perch in the river and watch the ducks swim by.
Child-friendly beach within a few minutes' walk. Quiet area, nice little community, in the middle of nature.
