Nice cabin with lake views in a quiet area in Stockholm's northern Archipelago. The cabin is located 30 m from the ocean, it is 70 m to the dock that also have a swimming ladder. The property was originally developed in 1911. The cabin was completely renovated in 2016.
It is 3 meters from floor to ceiling in most of the cabin.

Combined living room and kitchen / dining area. Door from living room to patio (18 m2) with a lake view, extra dining area, sun loungers and a Weber grill. Bedroom with high quality beds: 1 double bed + 2 bunk beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room.
Flat screen TV (40 ”) with over 100 channels (Canal Digital + ViaSat, Astra and Hot Bird satellite dish). Also DVD / Blu-ray player.
Bathroom (8 m2) with shower, heated floors, washing machine and water toilet.
The hallway has a built-in wardrobe.
Wi-Fi / internet in the cabin (unlimited megabytes).

Electricity, water and final cleaning are included. The yard borders a meadow.
The owner's house and cabin 2711 are located on the same yard, to other neighbors it is approx. 150 m.
Own parking space next to the house.
The cabin is suitable for 2-4 people. No smoking or pets in the cabin.

Rowing boat with a quiet electric motor or a 4 hp engine, and a canoe in family size for 2-3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. Take a trip to Ängsö National Park! Also plenty of uninhabited archipelago islands nearby for swimming, fishing, berry picking, picnics etc.

Nice forest paths near the cabin. Nautical charts and other maps are available in the cabin.

GETTING TO THE CABIN: Arlanda is 65 km from the cabin. Car is recommended but you can take the SL bus from both Stockholm and Arlanda (bus change in Norrtälje to Hysingsvik).

CORONA: If desired, check-in and check-out can take place without you as a tenant having to meet another person.

15 minutes from the cabin (by car or SL) is the summer town of Norrtälje with plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, post office, cinema and museums. SL bus stop 350 meters from the cabin.

2 km from the cabin is Solö pier with regular ferry traffic (Waxholmsbolaget) for trips to various islands nearby, for example Furusund.

From the cabin, distance by car to: Marholmen (restaurant, spa, playground, beach) 5 min. Solö bath 3 min, Penningby castle 5 min, Bergshamra (ICA grocery store) 8 min, Norrtälje 15 min, Wira mill 20 min, Furusund 20 min, Vaxholm 50 min, Stockholm 60 min, Arlanda 55 min, Uppsala 70 min, Kapellskär 20 min (Viking Line with day trips to Åland).
