A beautifully timbered and winter-housed archipelago house with a lake plot on an island outside Stockholm.

To get to the cottage on the island you take a car ferry or Waxholmsbåt from Stockholm. The ferry runs every full hour and takes about 5 minutes. You can get to Stockholm in about 30 minutes. But you will be rewarded with a calm and an almost private lake, which has crystal clear beautiful water for swimming and water sports. A beautiful patio that was recently built with a WHIRLPOOL and a 2nd living room overlooking the lake. In the morning you can watch deer on the lawn. A paradise for children! Unfortunately, there is no restaurant or shop on the whole island (so no fresh breakfast buns). For all purchases, you must take the ferry to either Gustavberg or Vaxholmen, which is not a problem if you know it in advance! In our opinion, the owner should invest a little in the cabin, it would be worth it. A wonderful property.
