A very nice and beautiful cabin in the province of Västergötland with a lake yard. Beautifully located next to a small nice lake with clean water, private beach, dock and sauna. Very nice bathroom with tiled heated floors. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan. The kitchen has a large freezer and a large refrigerator. In the living room a large 42 "TV that is hung on the wall and rotatable so it can also be watched from the kitchen, DVD player, PlayStation and nice music system and internet radio. There are both German and Swedish TV channels. There is also a soapstone fireplace for cozy moments. The master bedroom has a 22 "LCD TV with built-in DVD player, wall mounted on a swivel arm. In the smallest bedroom there is a 22 "TV with built-in DVD player and wall mounted on a swivel arm. The whole house has internet connection via WIFI. To the left of the cabin there is a lovely enclosed patio with garden furniture and a barbecue grill and a fantastic view of the lake.

In a separate and cozy guest house there is room for 4 people. There is also a very nice tiled bathroom with heated floors, and bathtub.

There is an activity room in a separate building that is included in the rental price, here you have a ping pong table, darts, a bar, music system with 5 + 1 speakers, dance floor and a dining table with chairs for 6 people. In front of the activity house there is a large patio with a wonderful view of the lake and tables and chairs for 6 people. Playground with swings, sandpit and benches with a table. excellent swimming by the lake from your own little beach. On the pier there is a boathouse furnished with a simpler small kitchen area, a table, chairs and a lovely sauna for relaxing moments. You also have a fantastic lake view from the boathouse. There is a rowing boat that you can use. Fishing is allowed in the lake if you buy a fishing license that costs 200 SEK. The yard has been renovated with a new lawn, flower areas, new beach, outdoor lights that automatically turn on when it gets dark and a deep drilled water well with 3 chamber systems, all to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free holiday. Bed linen and towels and bicycles can be rented from the landlord. Final cleaning can also be ordered.
