Södermanland 2088 - Newly renovated and charming cabin on a farm.

Newly renovated charming cabin on farmhouse. The farm is located in an absolutely wonderful nature. Here you will find silence, tranquility and a de-stressing environment. The landscape is hilly and varied with old oaks in the pastures and small fields of land. There is old nice forest to walk in and 49 lakes in our area. Lots of different kinds of wild animals and birds and both common and unusual mushrooms as well as plants thrive in the unique conditions. All seasons are equally amazing.

Our cabin called Lillstugan is 50 sqm and contains a ground floor with a porch and a sleeping loft that you go up to via the stairs on the side of the cabin. The sleeping loft has 4 single beds of good quality. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV and here you can make room for two more beds in a sofa bed. The kitchen is practically equipped with stove with oven, sink with two sinks, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, coffee maker and kettle. Cooking equipment and crockery are available for guests to use. The kitchen also has a dining area. The completely newly built fully tiled bathroom has a shower and toilet - wonderfully bright with a large window. In summer there is a patio with barbeque facilities and on the balcony you can enjoy the view and the evening sun. Free WIFI and parking. Our cabin is sustainability and quality certified with the rating "very good".

Here on the farm we run a small organic farm and on the farm there are different kinds of animals such as horses, chickens, mountain cows, ducks, sometimes kittens and cats . We have a small farm shop with many different kinds of goods and every day you can buy newly laid eggs from our chickens and ducks. During the year, with the exception of weeks 27-34, we also offer a stay where we have packed together an outdoor activity with a three-course dinner and breakfast buffet. Everything prepared with ingredients from the farm, game from Södermanland and other local products. Activities to choose from are; horseback riding, hiking, biking, kayaking, mushroom safaris, bushcraft / survival courses and golf.

The farm is only 90 km from Stockholm and in the middle of Södermanland province. 1 km from us passes the Näckrosleden (cycle path) and a little further away is Sörmlandsleden (hiking trail). Several different swimming spots are nearby and seven different nature reserves. To live on our farm is to experience nature up close, hear the silence and watch the dark night. Allowed to throw and angle in the farm part of the lake. Good access to pike, perch and tench.

Rowing boat is available to borrow. About 200 m to the lake.
