Description of the cabin

Luxurious cabin with a lake view and heated swimming pool right outside the door. There is a private sandy beach by the lake.

The house is located in a vacation village approx. 100 m from a lake and with a direct connection to 2 large pool areas, with heated pools with sliding glass roof. There are a total of 10 cabins in Semesterbyn. The cabins available for rent in the area are: 2873 2948, 2949, 2950, 2951, 2952, 2953, 2954

The cabin is about 65 m2 and has 6 beds and two extra sleeping spots in a sofabed and a crib.

The cabin has a toilet & shower, kitchen and open floor plan and is open to the ceiling as well as a bedroom.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and a sleeping loft upstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, crockery & kitchen equipment.

There is a shared laundry room, SEK 20 per wash. Bring your own detergent and fabric softener.

Wireless internet is available throughout the area.

All around there are paddocks with cows, horses, and ducks that you can look at, pet and feed. A bit like "living on a farm".

There are large green spaces for sports and play. Football goal post, playground, fishing, barbecue areas, swimming area with landings, etc.

The pool is heated and open May 15 - September 15.
Boat with electric motor and cleaning is a mandatory supplement fee of 2000 SEK. It is paid through a separate email shortly before arrival.
Air-conditioning is available as an option (500 SEK).
Max 2 dogs per cabin, additional fee SEK 500 per dog.
Wifi, satellite TV & electricity consumption are included in the rent.

There is a sauna that is shared with the neighboring cabin, cabin 2949.

The minimum rental during high season is 7 nights.

About fishing

The lake has good fishing and is known for its large pike. You can see the lake from the cabin. Close to lake Åsnen, which has Sweden's top 10 fishing! Fishing license required, purchased at ICA grocery store in Väckelsång (3 km)
