Description of the cabin

This cozy red cabin is located in a quiet and private cabin area only 100 m from the beautiful lake Örsjön in the province of Småland in Sweden.
The beautiful lake has an abundance of fish and has 24 small islands in it and has an area of 395 hectares. Take a ride on the boat and enjoy all of its beauty, pack the coffee basket and you have a full day ahead of you. In late summer and fall, there are also a lot of berries and mushrooms in the forests that are directly adjacent to the cabin.
To the nearest neighbor it is about 50 meters. The cabins ID1404-1407 are located in the same area.
Open plan living / kitchen, In front of the house there is a roof covered patio with garden furniture and a barbecue grill and a child-friendly nice natural yard. The lake is only 100 meters, here it is excellent to both swim and fish (fishing license). Here is a rowing boat that you can use. Life jackets are available to borrow.

These cabins are close to each other if you are several families who want to vacation together: 1404 , 1405 , 1406 , 1407 and 1935

This can be rented and paid for on site:
Wood-fired sauna = 500 SEK for about 4 hours.
Heated wood-fired hot tub = 1200 SEK for about 4 hours.
Boat engine incl. One can of gasoline = 500 SEK / day or 1500 SEK / week

Tourists attractions

Dock with wood-fired sauna is available for rent for private use. Nice location right on the lake.
There is also a wood-fired hot tub located by the lake on a wooden platform with a nice lake view. The hot tub can be rented, which includes refilling the water and a sack of firewood. If you need to buy more firewood you can buy from us, or if you bring your own is also fine. Hässleholm about 50 km.

About fishing

Especially good fishing during springs and fall, as we have a lot of fishermen who come from different countries and parts of Sweden since the fishing is very good. The fish caught are pikeperch, trout, perch, pike, eel, tench, roach and bream. Fishing license required. In the winters during January-March if there is ice on the lake, you can ice fish. The pike then usually bite very well, and it is a fun and relaxing pleasure that you can combine with making a fire on the ice to grill the freshly caught fish. You can end the day with a dip in the icy water and then go and warm up in our wood-fired sauna which is located on a large dock right by the lake.

Our host Benny is a good guy, very helpful, the cleaning of the house is okay, TV with German programs, fridge-freezer combination, stove is very good. Otherwise, the old useless stuff in the kitchen cupboards should be cleaned out and replaced with new things. For €36 per day per person, you can expect a little more comfort. The rented boat engine was very appealing 👍💪 It started immediately and has low fuel consumption. The fishing 🐟 was a bit bad, the water was too warm. The pikes we caught were released back into the wild. It didn't look good with mushrooms, too dry. Otherwise we had a nice holiday. Thanks again to Benny.
