Luxurious cottage with lake view and heated swimming pool outside the door. There is a private sandy beach by the lake.
The house is located in a vacation village approx. 100 m from a lake and direct connection to 2 large pool areas with heated pools with sliding glass roof.
The cabin is approx. 65 m2 and has 6 beds. There is also an extra crib and a high chair. 2 bedrooms are downstairs and the third is a sleeping loft.
The vacation home has a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower.
Open floor plan and open up to the ridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, crockery & kitchen equipment. There is a shared laundry room, SEK 20 per wash. Bring your own laundry and fabric softener. Wireless internet is available throughout the area.
All around there are paddocks where there are cows, horses, ducks that you can look at, pet and feed. A bit like "living on a farm". There are large green spaces for sports and play. Football goal, playground, fishing, barbeque areas, swimming area with swimming docks, etc.
The pool is open and heated May 15 - September 15.
Final cleaning is included in the rent.
The lake has good fishing and is known for its large pike. You can see the lake from the cabin. Close to lake Åsnen, which has Sweden's top 10 fishing! Fishing license required, purchased at ICA
