The property includes a private swimming dock, a rowboat, and a small raft for swimming and fun on the lake. Kids will love the swing set with two swings, sandbox, trampoline, and lawn games, all available for use. There's also a scenic barbecue area with a bench right by the water—an ideal spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
Lake Skedesjön is home to pike, perch, roach, tench, and bream. Fishing from the dock is free, but if you're fishing from a boat, a fishing license is required.
In the forest, depending on the season, you can pick wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, lingonberries, chanterelles, and other mushrooms.
Upon entering, you'll step into the kitchen, which, while compact, is well-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and toaster.
The living room features a cozy open fireplace (36 liters of firewood included, with more available for purchase), a TV with Chromecast, and large panoramic windows facing the lake. The main floor bedroom has a double bed, while two upstairs bedrooms each contain single beds.
The bathroom is located in the guesthouse and it includes a toilet, shower with hot and cold water, and a washing machine.
A covered patio/balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the fresh air.
The property also includes a separate guest cottage with four additional beds, and the bathroom for both cottages, ideal for extra guests.
