The property includes a private swimming dock, a rowboat, and a small raft for swimming and fun on the lake. There's also a scenic barbecue area with a bench right by the water—an ideal spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

In the forest, depending on the season, you can pick wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, lingonberries, chanterelles, and other mushrooms.
Upon entering, you'll step into the kitchen, which, while compact, is well-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and toaster.
