Stockholm 2711 - Small fresh cabin by the ocean in the northern Archipelago of Stockholm

This nice cabin is located 25 meters from a bay and 60 meters to the dock / with a swimming ladder. Lake views from all rooms. The cabin has a wonderful location in the archipelago and there are many nice undeveloped islands nearby. The cabin was built in 1911 and was completely renovated a couple of years ago (new kitchen, new bathroom, new windows, new electricity, new insulation, new interior and exterior walls, new roof).

Bedroom with a double bed (200 cm x 160 cm). The bedroom has both a lake view and a view of the garden.
Heated floors in the bathroom / shower. Water toilet.
TV (46'') with smart TV ( Apple TV). Also DVD / Blu-ray player. A maximum of 2 people can be accommodated in the cabin.

Rowing boat with either a 4hp engine or a very quiet electric motor included + a Canoe for 2 people.
Feel free to take a trip to Ängsö National Park!
Also plenty of uninhabited archipelago islands nearby for swimming, fishing, berry picking, picnics etc. Nice forest trails near the cabin.

The owner's house and cabin 2714 are located in the same yard, to other neighbors it is approx. 150 m.
Parking space about 50 meters from the cabin but unloading next to the cabin works fine.

No smoking or pets in the cabin. Final cleaning included.

GETTING TO THE Cabin: Arlanda is 65 km from the cabin. Car is recommended but you can take the SL bus from both Stockholm and Arlanda (bus change in Norrtälje to Hysingsvik).

CORONA: If desired, check-in and check-out can take place without you as a tenant having to meet another person.

15 minutes from the cabin (by car or SL) there are plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, post office, cinema and museums in Norrtälje. SL bus stop 350 meters from the cabin.
2 km from the cabin is Solö pier with regular ferry traffic (Waxholmsbolaget) for trips to various islands nearby, for example Furusund.

From the cabin, distance by car to: Marholmen (restaurant, spa, playground, beach) 5 min. Solö bath 3 min, Penningby castle 5 min, Bergshamra (ICA grocery store) 8 min, Norrtälje 15 min, Furusund 20 min, Wira mill (20 min), Vaxholm 50 min, Stockholm 60 min, Arlanda 55 min, Uppsala 70 min , Kapellskär 20 min (Viking Line with day trips to Åland).
