On the property there are landmarks that belong to Spången's shipyard. A shipyard where schooners were built in the 19th century which served Dalsland's canal. The farm's location provides the opportunity for an individual stay in a peaceful environment with access to a dock. There are grazing animals around the property that keep the landscape open. Köpmannebro is exceptionally beautifully situated between several large lakes. Large fish stocks are found in the area and the proximity to Lake Vänern makes it possible for further excursions on Sweden's largest lake and a fantastic archipelago.
