The house has running cold and hot water, electricity, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The large kitchen has a fridge and freezer, stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses and plates. At an additional cost, you can rent a guest house with 2 beds and an annex with 2 beds. Access to washing machine at landlord house. Smoking allowed in the house. Bed linen is included in the rent. Mandatory final cleaning fee will be added. In front of the house you have a garden with garden furniture and barbecue grill. Here you'll find a fireplace where you can cuddle in front of the fire in the evenings. It is 2.5 km to the lake, where you can both swim and fish, a rowing boat is available for use.
