Grazing animals walk near the house, the nearest pasture with electric fence is 2 meters from the house. Garden furniture and a barbeque grill are on site in the garden. The cabin is equipped with fiber and 15 TV channels. To the nearest neighbor it is about 70 meters. Parking about 15 m from the house.
The lake is only 100 meters, here there is a dock and a barbeque area. The lake is suitable for both swimming and fishing. Rich fishing waters, fishing licenses can be purchased from the landlord. Rowing boat or canoe can be rented on site. To a public swimming area in Vänern with a sandy beach it is about 10 km. Dalsland's canal is 100 m from the house in the other direction is Lake Vänern 500 m.
The cabin can be rented throughout the year. High chair available in the cabin. Crib available in the cabin. The cabin is for 4 people. Extra beds can be booked for SEK 1,000 per person and week. Sheets and towels can be rented. Pets are welcome for an extra fee of SEK 500.

At this cabin you can have a climate-smart vacation and travel to the vicinity of your vacation home without your own car, instead you will travel with public transportation. The owner offers to pick up and drop off guests from the nearest train station Mellerud which is located 10km from the cabin, according to agreement.
