Värmland 2728 - Very nice ECO friendly cabin with a a beach yard and wonderful location

Nice eco friendly newly built cabin (in 2020) for 6 people. Timbered in Dalarna province and placed on a headland in Helge lake. Undisturbed location 25 m to water in three directions. Outside there is a patio on two sides of the cabin with both morning and evening sun and barbeque area (campfire). The cabin has three separate bedrooms, one of which has a loft bed. Bathroom and a large living room-kitchen open all the way up to the ridge with stairs up to the sleeping loft.

Enjoy the view of the lake and the beautiful nature or just the peace and quiet when only the magical sound of the loon is heard during the evenings.

There is another cabin for rent on the headland, it is cabin 2729 & cabin 2726 if you are several families, both houses have their own dock and hot tub.

The guest does the cleaning themselves or will purchase final cleaning upon arrival for SEK 1500.

Weeks 42-18 an energy supplement of SEK 500 is added, it is paid on arrival.

Heating pump - AC costs extra and can be paid on site by the guests.

Minimum rental in is 3 nights.

From June 2023, there is a newly built sauna down by the lakeside with a swimming ladder for easy access into the lake. The sauna will be shared by all three cabins 2726, 2728 & 2729.

You can go ice fishing and also go long-distance skating on the ice. When it's snowing, the owner makes tracks for cross-country skiing with a toboggan. Visit Bryels Grottan/Cave 5 km from the cabin. Mount Valfjället's groomed cross-country ski trail & downhill ski slope 25 km - Perfect skiing for the whole family!                                                                    

You can fish all year round in Lake Helge. Fishing license required, it costs SEK 150, - pp / week. The most common fish are pike and perch.
