Large patio with sun all day overlooking the lake, where you can also sit and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Barbeque grill is available and also a jacuzzi that is immersed in the wooden deck. It keeps 38 degrees Celsius. May be used for a fee of SEK 1000 / week. Large yard of 2000 sqm which is partly fenced. Large lawn. Playground with slide and 2 swings.
There is an installed smart electric car charger of 10 kW power that can be used for a fee.
The cabin is located by Lake Gapern with opportunities for both swimming and boating, it is also known for good fishing, especially good pikeperch fishing. The Värmland forest offers forest walks with both mushrooms and berry picking.
With only 20 km to central Karlstad, there is always the opportunity to go and see what the city has to offer. Everything from shopping, restaurants and museums to discovering Karlstad from the water with the very popular boat bus.

Lake Gapern is known for good pikeperch fishing. Fishing license required. Can be bought online . Here you will also find all the usual lake fish. Smaller boat with motor can be rented.
