Värmland 2729 Eco friendly house on the border to Norway

Nice ecologically newly built cabin, finished in the spring of 2022 for 6 people. Timbered in Dalarna and located on a headland in Helge lake. Undisturbed location 25 m to water in three directions. Outside there is a patio on two sides of the cabin with both morning and evening sun and barbeque area (campfire). The cabin has three separate bedrooms, one of which has a loft bed. bathroom and a large living room-kitchen open up to the ridge with stairs up to the sleeping loft.

Enjoy the view of the lake and the beautiful nature or just the peace and quiet when only the magical lure of the loon is heard during the evenings.

There are two more cabins for rent on the headland, it is cabin 2728 and cabin 2726 if you are several families, all the houses have their own dock and hot tub.

Final cleaning is included in the price during the summer season. Other times the guest cleans himself or buys for final cleaning for SEK 1500.

Minimum rental is 3 nights.
AC- heating pump costs extra and can be paid on site by the guests.

From June 2023, there is a newly built sauna down by the lakeside with a swimming ladder for easy access into the lake. The sauna will be shared by all three cabins 2726, 2728 & 2729.

You can go ice fishing and also go long-distance skating on the ice. When it's snowing, the owner makes tracks for cross-country skiing with a toboggan.Visit Bryels Grottan 5 km from the cabin.
