The cabin is from the 1930s but completely functional and renovated over the years. The small bedroom is newly upholstered. New toilet and new stove with associated oven. The cabin has a built-in patio with comfortable garden furniture. The cabin is located on a larger yard where the owner lives. Very green and leafy.
It is 200 meters to a small lake, you can walk around it but it is not possible to swim in it.
It is approx. 800 meters to a swimming area by the ocean.
The nearby harbor hosts boats from all over the world and there is a nice restaurant located there as well. There is a Dance-Camp here which is the largest in the world. It's goes on for a few weeks in July. We have beautiful roslags-nature. You can travel to Åland from Grisslehamn, which is only a short distance from Herräng.
