This cabin was newly built in 2023 on a beautiful natural yard with the forest right on the doorstep - but also close to the lake, approx. 250 m. New and fresh built with natural material, walls and ceiling in pine and the floor is in concrete. Lovely wooden deck between the houses with a sturdy dining table and benches, for outdoor meals.

WiFi is available - but there is also plenty of peace and quiet in this house!

Area: 45 m2 + 15 m2

Number of people: 3+1 but best suited for up to 3 adults.

Bedroom:

1 bedroom with a double bed 180 cm in the main part

1 bedroom with a single bed 120 cm in the smaller part + possibility of a single bed 80 cm

Generally:

Living room in an open floor plan, sofa with armchair. TV including Chromecast.

WiFi available in both units.

Bathroom with a shower and a WC.

Kitchen: Fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. (Freezers are available in a separate storage area if necessary.

Underfloor heating in both units.

Pets not allowed.

Outside:

Private large natural yard with plenty of space for play.

Wooden deck between the units.

Solid dining table with benches including cushions on the wooden deck.

Two comfortable deckchairs.

Barbeque grill.

Driveway to the cottage with parking in the yard.

1 – 2 sea kayaks are available for rent from the cottage owner, pre-booking required, SEK 400/piece/week.

Rowing boat with electric motor available for rent SEK 500/week.

The lake mostly contains perch and pike. Children up to 15 years of age fish for free, others require a fishing license which can be purchased from the farmer very close by or online via ifiske.se
