Completely renovated cabin ready for rent in the spring of 2011 in the province of Småland in Sweden. The cabin is idyllically located on the outskirts of a small town in Bullerbyn style (Astrid Lindgren).
Wonderfully beautiful nature area.
In front of the cabin there is a patio with garden furniture and a barbeque grill and a lovely natural yard with a small lawn.
The large lake Åsunden 6000 ha, located 200 meters from the house, is excellent for fishing & swimming. There is a small swimming area and a dock.
There are aluminum motorboats' for rent.
About 2.5 km from the house there is a municipal swimming area with diving tower, beach & dock here there is also a nice Café that serves coffee bread, sandwiches & light food, Beer & Wine etc. T
Final cleaning is mandatory from a cleaning company, it costs SEK 1000 and is paid directly on arrival.
Here you really live in and get to experience the countryside, If you are several families who are going on vacation together in Sweden the two cabins next door are also available for rent - see picture. It is cabin 688 and cabin 689.
Starting in 2025, a new rule will apply on Lake Åsunden:
To protect the excellent fish population and promote an authentic fishing experience, the use of live sonars (devices that show real-time images of fish) will no longer be allowed.
Simple fish finders that only display the bottom and depth will still be permitted.
This way, the lake will remain a paradise for all anglers in the future!
The fish you can catch in the lake are pike, perch, pikeperch, eel, vendace, burbot, bream and tench only household fishing, fishing licenses required. 3 km to stocked fishing in a lake of 10 ha here is rainbow, trout & perch and here is also the barbeque house and rowing boats. Fishing license.
