Småland 2756 - Newly built house close to a lake in Småland province

The house was newly built in 2020, and is located outside of Vetlanda with a lake view and a beach yard. Only 100 meters from the house there is the possibility of a boat, swimming and fishing and sometimes the sunset colors the sky and the water in varying colors.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen / living room with a lake view, dining table and sofas and access to the lake. The beautiful bedroom also has a patio door and beautiful lake views as well as space for a crib if needed. Large bathroom with shower right next door and patio door also from the bedroom.
In the attic there are three family rooms with sloping ceilings and slightly different furnishings.
"The eastern lake suite" has a double bed and another full-size bunk bed as well as a smaller crib.
"The west lake suite" has a double bed an older, slightly shorter bed with a high bedframe. There is space for a smaller crib if needed. Both rooms have a French balcony overlooking the lake.
"The starry sky" is the third family room that instead has skylights and a view from the double bed straight up to the starry sky. The room has three full-size beds and an extra bed hidden behind beautiful doors. A small hut simply with its own starry sky.
In addition to the bedrooms there is a living room and a bathroom with shower.
The house also houses a larger garage / boathouse and storage space.

We avoid party gangs and similar events.

Simpler forest beach is 100 meters from the cabin if you follow the newly trodden path. There is also seating, a barbeque area and a windbreak where the brave can sleep. (If interested, bring a sleeping bag and sleeping pad as no bedding may leave the house.)
You can reach five other swimming places by car in 10-15 minutes.

Bed linen is always included. Towels can be rented for SEK 150 per set but may only be used indoors. Beach towel must always be brought.
Mobile broadband for extra charge.
The hot tub can be pre-booked, then it is possible to rent it for a weekend or week at extra cost.
The final cleaning fee of SEK 5,000 must be paid before arrival.

During holidays and long weekends, the minimum rent is 3 nights.

If you want to make excursions, there are many places in the immediate area that we are happy to recommend.

If you want to travel further away, the house is perfect for a trip to Astrid Lindgren's World, Glasriket, High Chaparral, Kalmar Castle, Öland, Växjö, Jönköping and Målilla moose park.
