Skåne 2748 - Red cabin in the country outside of Höör

All year round we rent out our beautiful, Falu-red cabin. The cabin is on our yard and is suitable for parties of 4 people.
Directly at the entrance there is a large hallway, to the left of the hall is a bathroom with shower and bathroom. There is also a washing machine installed in the bathroom. To the right of the hallway is a large, bright and complete kitchen. In the kitchen is a dining table with associated chairs. Through the kitchen you'll find your way to the nice living room where there is plenty of seating. In the living room there is also a wood burning stove that provides the cabin with warmth and coziness on cold days. On site in the living room there is a TV and a DVD player. On the upper floor of the cabin there are two bedrooms, each with two beds.

Kärrarp belongs to the municipality of Höör which is located in the middle of the province of Skåne. From the cabin it is only four kilometers to drive to the center of Höör.
Munkarp nature reserve is 150 meters from the cabin.
In Höör there are various shops and boutiques but there is also a golf course, zoo, bathhouse and several different restaurants.
Kärrarp is also close to various nature areas and there is also the opportunity for swimming and fishing in nearby lakes.
Well-known hiking trails in the vicinity include the Skåneleden and the Pilgrimsleden. In the cabin you will find several maps and brochures with information about the area. From Kärrarp it is about 35 kilometers to drive to Lund and about 50 kilometers to drive to Malmö. These cities are worth visiting as there are many different museums here as well as beautiful castle gardens.

Copenhagen
Have you always wanted to visit Copenhagen? Then take the chance when you are with us on your vacation! It is very easy to get to Copenhagen by train. There are trains from Höör to Copenhagen and you will then arrive after about an hour's journey. Discovering Copenhagen through a guided boat trip is highly recommended!

Canoe rental
In fine weather, it is fantastic fun to rent a canoe and to enjoy the Scanian landscape while you are on the water. It is also possible to rent the canoe for two days and spend the night in a cabin. The canoe rental is close to us and it takes about 10 minutes to drive there from our cabin. You can already look at the canoe centre's own website: www.kanotcentralen.se

Skåne Zoo
Skåne Zoo is a zoo that is fun for the whole family, regardless of whether you have your children with you or not. It is excellent to entertain in the zoo for a whole day. Do not forget to bring your swimwear and barbeque accessories in nice weather! Skåne Zoo is close to our cabin, it only takes 10 minutes to drive there from the cabin. www.skanesdjurpark.se

Vikingastaden
For the children it is fun to go to the Viking City, here they will learn everything about the Vikings! There is a museum on site, they get to learn how the Vikings lived in the past and they can also dress up as real Vikings. In the town of Vellinge which is close to Malmö you can find Vikingastaden and it is about an hour's drive from our cabin.

Hiking
If you like hiking and are not worried about getting lost, Skåneleden is something for you! Along the way there are orange signs to help you along the way.
