Description of the cabin

Welcome to our Hälsingegård!
The house is from the beginning of 1800.
Here you have a view of Lake Bässe, and fields with grazing cows and forests.

The house has two floors, a kitchen with dining area, stove and oven, fridge / freezer and microwave oven and dishwasher.
There is:
A bathroom with toilet, bath and shower enclosure.
Upstairs there's a toilet and sink.
Laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.
In the yard there's a playhouse with toys and a sandpit.
Barn with space for skis, bags and luggage.
The patio:
Sofa group dining table and barbeque grill.

Mobile Networks:
Swedish Telia works best at the cabin.
This year, cows will graze on our meadows.
The owner speaks Swedish, English, German and French.

Tourists attractions

The ski lift in Fågelhällan is suitable for adults and older children.
if you have small children, you choose Järvsöbacken (67km)
In Järvsö there are also summer activities.

	Tom P. Date: 03.08.2024 5 / 5 Good evening Mr. Dertnig, We had a very pleasant and relaxing vacation in Lindefallet. Thanks again for the mediation. The house was perfect and very cozy. We were also happy with the large terrace and the large garden as well as the location right by the lake. In addition to excursions in the local area, we also did a day trip to Stockholm (to Gävle by car, from there by train to the center of Stockholm). And the return journey to Hamburg on Monday took only 14 hours with the ferries Helsingborg - Helsingör and Rödby - Puttgarden. We left Lindafallet at 10 o'clock and arrived at HH shortly after midnight. It was a very relaxed journey with little traffic on the Swedish and Danish sides. On the way there we drove over Odense and the Öresund Bridge and spent a night in Vayjö. The only thing we thought was quite expensive was the rent for the aluminum boat at the house, which the landlords offered us for €230 for two weeks. That's why we didn't rent it, but instead brought our own SUP. So we could go out on the lake. Kind regards Tom Paus
