The house was built in summer 2020 and consists of two rooms plus WC/shower.
In one room there is a double bed (180 cm) and a family bunk bed with one 90 cm bed and one 120 cm bed.
In the other room there is a newly built kitchen with dining area and storage. A fridge is available, and a freezer can be used in another building. There is a microwave and full kitchen equipment for 4–5 people.
Wifi and broadband connection are available.
The property has a large, beautiful garden where two other houses are located at a distance.
The house has a spacious terrace with sunshine all day.
500 m walk to a shallow sandy beach.
3 km to Burgsvik where you’ll find an ICA supermarket, hardware store, restaurants, a campsite with pool, petrol station, and a harbour with jetties and a diving tower.
Changeover on Sundays.
There is an electric car charging station in Burgsvik harbour. It is not allowed to charge vehicles from the house’s electrical outlets.
