The cottage is located in a quiet residential area, on a shared large yard with a garden and lots of lilacs and other trees and bushes.
A large private deck with a barbecue grill by the cottage, as well as a patio. Both are furnished.
There is a parking space in the yard. Close to Älta center with shops and restaurant.
The cottage was already built in 1914 and renovated as recently as 2019. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and microwave oven. In the living room there is a wardrobe, TV, and a double bed that can be pulled apart into single beds if that suits you better. Fresh bathroom with WC and a shower.
Due to allergy, no pets are allowed and smoking is also not allowed indoors.
Close to nature and lakes for swimming, while Stockholm is only 10 minutes away by car.
Easy to get into the municipality using public transport. The Globe 15 min, and Old Town 30 min by bus.
Just 18 km from the cottage is the 18th century Tyresö Castle with a park that is open to the public and is well worth a visit. Here you can have lunch, dinner or coffee at Notholmen next to the park.
Nyckelvikens nature reserve with manor house and café is also located approx. 13 km from Älta.
