Description of the cabin

This rural, cozy cottage is located in idyllic Småland.

Easy to reach, only 7 km from the E4 highway, it also a perfect place for an overnight stay on your way north.

The cottage (60m2 with 2100 m2 garden) has a spacious living room, a large veranda, 2 bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave oven, an electric stove and a fridge/freezer and sodastream.

There is a washing machine in the basement.

There are 2 extra beds in a separate garden room.

Excellent hiking and biking opportunities.

Not overly heavy riders can join the owner for a forest ride on Arabian Purebreds.

Tourists attractions

The cottage offers an excellent base for hiking or cycling, as well as for trips and day trips too. For an example, Sweden's oldest moose park in Elinge, 7 km from the cottage.

The Moose Safari in Markaryd.

Vimmerby, the "hometown" of Pippi Longstocking. "Glasriket" ( glass kingdom), with its many glassworks such as Kosta Boda.

High Chaparral, where the Wild West comes to life and children can have exciting adventures.

The animal park Skånes djurpark, with all the native animals of Sweden.

The beach at Mellbystrand or Laholm, or one of the many nature reserves, such as Danska Fall.

No shortage of museums either, such as the Ikea Museum in Älmhult (20 km) or the Saga Museum (Fairy Tale Museum), the Ljungberg Museum, the Ljungby Museum and the Funeral Museum In Ljungby (also 20 km).
