Description of the cabin

Large modern turn-of-the-century house in a small beautiful quiet village in lovely Småland in Sweden. On the first floor there is a large hallway, a large modern country kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, a toilet and shower, one bedroom and three living rooms. Upstairs there is a bathroom, three bedrooms and a large living room, a balcony. Large garden consisting of lawn at the front of the house and at the short sides of the house. Backside of the house have fruits, berries and lawn. Garden furniture and barbeque grill are available on site.

To the nearest lake it about 2 km, the lake is suitable for both swimming and fishing. The fish that are fished are perch and pike, fishing license required. It is 5 km to the swimming area . Small quiet and peaceful swimming and camping. Docks, jumping tower, limited area for small children, grassy area adjacent to the beach, kiosk and summer restaurant. The price is valid for 6-8 people, number of guests can be discussed.

The village is surrounded by meadows and fields. In the village there is a school museum with a café. Great opportunities to explore nature with deer and moose.

During the berry and mushroom season, there are both berries and mushrooms to pick. Astrid Lindgren's world 69 km, travel time approx. 1 hour, Öland Zoo 90 km, travel time approx. 1 hour 30 min,

Gold panning in Ädelfors gold mine Kvillsfors 50 km, travel time approx. 50 min, Grönåsens moose park, Kosta, 73 km, travel time approx. 1 hour, Orrefors glassworks, 48 km, travel time about 55 min. Vetlanda, Nybro about 55 km.

About fishing

It is about 2 km to Lake Välen from the cabin, the lake is suitable for both swimming and fishing. The fish that are fished are perch and pike, fishing license required.
