Cozy cabin with a quiet and peaceful location, close to many excursion destinations as it is located on the border between the provinces of Småland, Halland and Skåne. One can e.g. drive during the day to Gothenburg and many other cities.
Relatively secluded with the forest on one side, no neighbors, quiet and peaceful location. The nearest neighbor is the landlord who lives on the other side of the road, about 100 meters. Very walk-friendly surroundings.
The main cabin is 40 sqm, and the guest cabin is 35 sqm.
Open floor plan living room / kitchen. In front of the cabin there is an enclosed patio that is 18 m2, a large terrace outside with garden furniture and a barbecue. The yard is 5000 m2 so there is plenty of space for play, games and socializing. Washing machine next to the guest house.
The lake is only 300 meters away, here it is excellent to both swim and fish. The lake is quite shallow so it is very child-friendly to swim in. There is also a rowing boat that you can use.
Fishing license is not required.
The rent includes free firewood to use.
There is a guest house for 4 people which is included in the price.
There is a bathroom in the main house and a bathroom by the guest house. One kitchen in the house and one in the guest house.
There is a hot tub for a small fee. It costs SEK 300 at each filling of water, you can swim several times without changing water.
There is a wood-fired sauna barrel that costs SEK 500, - and then you can use it as much as you want.
The sauna barrel can also be used as a guest house in summer with 2 beds.

Many lakes to fish in close vicinity, about 30 km to the ocean if you want to swim there.
Several hiking trails are nearby.
Day trip to popular Ullared Scandinavia's largest department store.
