Småland 2976 - Well-equipped house in a quiet location in the countryside outside of Ljungby

This nice Småland cabin of 112 square meters was newly built in 2021 and is of the highest class, which gives a nice home feeling and a very good opportunity for a pleasant stay. Norratorp is suitable for families who want to experience the beautiful Swedish nature with fishing, swimming and other activities. The cabin, which has three bedrooms and six beds, has a well-thought-out and appealing interior. The accommodation has all the necessary facilities, is well cleaned and all bed linen is included. Internet via fiber is of course included. Access to a rowing boat with a boat engine in the nearby lake, as well as bicycles. In the yard there is also a sleeping cabin with two beds.

Ground floor:

-Welcoming hallway with stairs to the upper floor. Stairway storage with complete cleaning equipment.

-Bathroom with WC, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.

-Well-equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, hob, fan, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, serving counter with two bar stools, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, pots, crockery and cutlery, etc.

 -Bedroom with two beds and wardrobes. Feel free to open the window in the morning and experience the chirping of the birds outside. Early in the morning or late in the evening, you also have the chance to see both moose and deer from the house.

-Dining area with dining table and six chairs and exit to a large, lovely private patio in facing west, with outdoor furniture and sun loungers.

-Living room with corner sofa, TV incl. Netflix and wood burning stove.

Upstairs:

-Bedroom with two beds, desk and wardrobes.

-Bedroom with two beds, table and four chairs and wardrobes.

-Small bathroom with WC and sink.

-Storage room with highchair, crib, etc.

Generous yard of land freely located in a beautiful open agricultural landscape with the forest right next door. Large lawns for playing and lounging, parking space, apple trees, lilacs, spirea bushes, older pines and maples and a prepared barbecue area (your own barbecue charcoal is included).

The cabin and surroundings are a peaceful retreat and no parties are allowed. Treat our house rules well. This cabin is brand new and is kept clean for you and the owner. Smoking ban applies to all parts of the home including entrances and patio. No pets are allowed. In Sweden, it is common for everyone to take their shoes off when they enter a home, as well as in this cabin. Only guests who have been included in the booking are allowed in the property. There is a green bin in the yard for waste. You will have the entire property to yourself. The landlord, who lives nearby, is always available by phone if you have any further questions. You will have a good time here and find everything you need. Please do not hesitate to contact the host in advance if there is anything we can do to make your holiday a success.

Roughly 5 km south of Norratorp is Ryssby, which is a nice little community with about 700 inhabitants. In Ryssby there is a grocery store, restaurants, gas station, swimming area, etc.

The Ryssby area is popular and very scenic with close proximity to several lakes.

In addition to swimming, fishing, bike tours and forest walks, you can easily make day trips to various moose parks, nature reserves and national parks, the western town of High Chaparral, Sweden Zipline, IKEA, Astrid Lindgren's world, etc.

Tips for good fishing waters near the cabin are:  Lake Ryssbysjön, Flåren, Vidöstern, Bolmen, Tjurken and Hjärtanässjön.
