This large cabin easily accommodates two to three families.
The cabin is located in a very quiet environment in Skåne province. You have your own swimming pond by the cabin.
There is a WC and shower on the second floor .
Downstairs there is a shower, WC, washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen have heated floors. There is also a wood burning stove in the kitchen. The cabin has a dining room with a dining table and chairs between the kitchen and the living room.
Downstairs there is a living room with comfortable furniture, a stereo and a tiled wood burning stove.
Upstairs there is a large hallway with comfortable furniture with a TV, video and DVD player.
There is fiber and air conditioning in the house.
In front of the cabin ia s a terrace under roof with garden furniture and a barbeque grill. The terrace has also wind protection.

The house's private bathing pond is about 50 meters away, and there are, among other things, two bathing piers, a large wood-fired sauna, and a shower with cold water.
The large lawn in front of the house can be used for ball games. There is a volleyball net and a sandbox with toys for the youngest.
Between the pond and the cabin is a large barbeque area.
A guest house with 3 bedrooms and a shower can be rented additionally during the low season. The guest house is included in the high season price.
We have a for charging cord electric cars in a three-phase outlet.
A mandatory final cleaning fee of SEK 1,500 is added.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Climate-friendly vacation
You can reach the house conveniently by public transport. There are frequent train connections between Malmö/Copenhagen and Hässleholm, as well as hourly services between Hässleholm and Perstorp. The last 10 km to the house can be covered by calling a taxi.
It is about 10 km to Örkelljunga.
It is 30 km to Hässleholm.
In addition to fishing, there are golf courses in Perstorp, Örkelljunga and Hässleholm. Nature experiences can be found at Söderåsen National Park, Klåveröd's hiking area and the fantastic nature area at Hovdala outside Hässleholm.
Kullaberg, Båstad, Torekov, Hallands Väderö are all accessible for a day trip, as are Helsingborg, Malmö, Lund, Helsingör and Copenhagen.
There are many hiking trails with barbeque areas that can be used for both summer and winter hikes. The barbeque areas often provide firewood.
Lake Bälingesjön (3 km) has a nice swimming area, good fishing, and boat rental. There is a bicycle path to Bälingebadet/swimming, so you don't have to bike ride on busy roads.
Swimming areas are available in addition to our own pond, also in Lake Hjälmsjön outside of Örkelljunga, Lake Bälingesjön, Lake Åsljungasjön (with jumping tower) and not least Ugglebadet/swimming area in Perstorp, with heated pools, water slides and jumping towers.
It is between 30 and 40 km to Vallåsen and Kungsbygget. Vallåsen offers downhill mountain biking. You go up with the lifts. Kungsbygget offers summer tobogganing.
If you want to ride Icelandic horses, there is the possibility to do that in Kåshässle, about 5 km from the house.
There are three areas with moose safaris, in Markaryd, Västra Torup and at Skäralid. Skäralid is located by Söderåsen, which is Sweden's newest national park with wonderful hiking trails. Distance approx. 30 km.
Wonderful hiking trails are also found around Hovdala Castle outside Hässleholm, where several different trails offer views of Lake Finjasjön and Göingeåsen. Skåneleden/hiking trail passes through the area, which has barbeque areas and wind shelters. It is about 30 km to reach there, and it is well worth a visit. There is a café in the castle, and in the area the so-called "The treehouse", up in the treetops, where you can have lunch, and on weekends eat a gourmet tasting menu.
Another hiking area with barbeque areas and shelter from the wind can be found outside of Örkelljunga. The area is called Grytåsa.
Winter: Cross-country skates, enthusiasts from all over Skåne skate on Perstorp's ponds. The ponds are relatively shallow and freeze over easily in the wintertime.
You can go fishing in Lake Bälingesjön, which is about 3 km from the house. Fishing licenses and boats for rent are available next to Bälingebadet/swimming area.
