Here you swim from your own dock on the property. There is a nice beach 300 meters from the house. Here you live in the Roslagen archipelago with unique flora, wildlife and a wonderful archipelago.

A well-maintained winter shelter all year round house of 100 square meters. The house is divided into two bedrooms, a lovely living room with a wood burning stove and lovely ocean view, spacious kitchen fully equipped with dining area for 4-6 people, shower room with municipal water and waste system and WC.

On the balcony you can enjoy the sun's rays from morning to evening, perfect sundeck in the southwest with a nice peaceful ocean view.

A bright and nice open yard with a flat grass surface for all the fun and games of the summer. A garden with lilacs, roses, peonies, rhubarb, plum trees, blackberries, pears and cherries.

Here you live close to the forest with fine mushrooms and berry picking. Take a refreshing morning dip from the private dock on the grounds and sunbathe all day long.

In Spillersboda harbor, 800 meters away, there is a year-round grocery store, boat tavern, hardware store and SL bus 630 (+X631).

Here there is a fantastic archipelago to discover, a rich archipelago life with many sunbathing and islands, lakeside restaurants and nature reserves in the immediate vicinity. The village's child-friendly and very popular beach is only 300 meters from the cabin.

A fine gravel road for about 5 km along the coast leads to the popular Marholmen, with lovely swimming, a spa, mini golf and restaurant.

In the opposite direction is Håtö with a nice walking path along the ocean and several sunbathing and swimming beaches along the way. The property is located only about 15 minutes by car from central Norrtälje and only one hour from central Stockholm. 45 minutes from Arlanda. Spillersboda is a scenic and quiet area in a marine archipelago environment with nice forest walks.
