Two beautifully situated houses in Småland, everything is modern but in old style. The houses are wings and part of a larger farm. They have a large yard with a park area outside the door and towards the lake.
The houses are called north and south. Both are fully equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen.
The northern wing has a living area of 110 m2, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
The south wing has a living area of 105 m2, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 junior bed and a family room with 1 single bed.
It is about 35 meters between the houses.
The houses are powered by solar cells and geothermal heat so that we can be environmentally friendly, green, eco and sustainable.
It is approx. 50 meters to the lake and 70 meters to a private enclosed beach.
There is a newly built jetty that you can use, the jetty is 1 meter above the water surface and it is wonderful to have lunch and dinner here.
Lake Lillnömmen is suitable for both swimming and fishing (fishing license required).
There is a rowing boat and a canoe here that you can use. Additional boats and a motor can be rented.
Bicycles are included in the price.
There is an outdoor sound system.
Horses walk in the pastures nearby. Walking paths in beautiful leaf and birch forest. Mountains in one direction and also walking paths.
There is a sauna by the water that you can book, located 300 m from the cottages.
Rib boats can be rented for the children.
You can also rent a dock boat. Perfect for going out to the middle of the lake with and having a barbeque on it, on a quiet summer evenings, or for swimming and adventuring during the day.
During low season, you can choose to rent just one of the houses, see cottage 1568 for the North Annex and cottage 1715 for the South Annex.
In the lake there are a lot of perch and pike, also bream, bleak, tench are common. Walleye and eel have been caught in the lake but are less common.
