Very charming cottage from the 19th century, completely renovated and fresh, beautifully located in the Småland landscape in Sweden. Much is new and modern, but everything runs in the old style.
The house is a wing of a larger farm. It is part of a large yard, but you have your own area. Park area outside the door and towards the lake where you can both swim and fish. Horses walk in the paddocks nearby. Walking paths in beautiful leaf and birch forest.
Family room on the ground floor with exit to the back of the house with outdoor furniture etc.
Upstairs there is a family room and a bedroom.
From the house you have a lake view, it is 100 meters to the lake, 120 meters to the private beach and jetty.
Your boat is moored at the jetty, which is included in the price. You can jump and dive from the jetty.
Lake Lillnömmen is suitable for both swimming and fishing (fishing license required).
By the lake there is also an open barbeque area that you can use (firewood included). Please note that depending on the weather, there may be temporary rules which mean that you are not allowed to make an open fire, check with the host what applies.
Extra rowing boat, inflatable boat, boat motor (electric motor 55lbs) canoe, windsurfing equipment or SUP can also be rented.
300 m from the cottages there is a sauna by the water that you can book.
Mountain bikes can be rented.
The house is powered by solar cells and geothermal energy so that we can be environmentally friendly, green, eco and sustainable.

In the lake there are good perch and pike, also bream, bleak, and tench are common. Walleye and eel have been caught in the lake but are less common.
