The cottage is from the turn of the century and has a private location. It is surrounded by forest and is situated below the mountain Nabban. The cottage has a view of Lake Kyrktjärn and the nearest neighbor is about 200 meters away.
Indoors, there is a comfortable electric toilet, element and wood burning stove. The cabin is approx. 40+30 square meters on two levels.
The cottage has a large kitchen, a family room and two smaller rooms upstairs. In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, coffee maker and pots, crockery, etc., most of what is necessary for simple cooking.
In the yard there is a woodshed, shed and a preserved outhouse. The outdoor shower is connected to its own well, in hot summers you need to be extra economical with the water as it is limited.
Nearby there is a swimming area with jetty, an exercise track and the possibility to buy a fishing license at OKQ8. About 15 kilometers from the cabin is Alfta center with a grocery store, restaurants and a bakery. The nearest town is Bollnäs, which is about 20 km away.
