Stockholm 1278 - Well-equipped Villa in an idyllic archipelago environment

This exclusive archipelago villa with ocean yard is protected at the far end of a bay in Saltsjöbaden, Stockholm. Around the bay are cabins and villas with an archipelago character. The house has an approx. 80 m2 large patio around the house, when the sun is shining you have sun all day and a wonderful evening sun. There is a breakfast area, dinner area, a large Weber grill and lovely sun loungers. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan of about 90 m2. Another living room is on the upper level. In both living rooms there is a fireplace.

The house has an approximately 2400 m2 large yard with a beautiful flower garden. Down by the ocean there is a wood burning sauna raft with a relaxation area that you have access to. (The sauna raft has no running water). About 15 m from the house is the private dock, which is excellent to both swim and fish from. There is also a trampoline on the property. The price is valid for up to 6 people, additional people for a fee. The house is located on Älgö.

Possibility to additionally rent a larger 30-foot day cruiser located by the dock. SEK 30,000/week. Goldfish 30s Console. Required to be agreed well in advance of rent. Requires a skipper's degree/license.

Public swimming area with a kiosk is about 1 km from the house. Only 5 minutes by boat to popular summer restaurants. About 3.5 km to Solsidan's train station with commuter train to Stockholm City (25 min). Saltsjöbaden (shops, bank, liquor store, pharmacy etc.) 8 km. Tennis court 300 m. The nearest golf course is about 8 km from the house.

Winter time if there is snow and ice of course: We have long-distance skates and regular skates for loan to use on Baggensfjärden outside of us. The bay is very popular and Stockholm's mecca for long-distance skating. Further in the bay, the ice settles earlier in the fall. Ski trails for cross-country skis are 4 km from the cabin and we have two pairs of skis for loan. Also a small slalom slope with a ski lift (open if there is snow, even artificial snow) is in Saltsjöbaden 7 km from the cabin. You can go sledding in the yard if you want.

Stockholm's archipelago offers a unique, exciting and varied fishing and is very rich in fish. Ice fishing is popular when there's ice on Baggensfjärden.
