The "mission house" is newly renovated in 2021 and houses a living room with a maintained ceiling height and space where the whole party can fit at the same table, comfortable lounge sofa for watching TV or other activities. The living room has a wood burning stove and an air source heat pump for a pleasant temperature, plenty of firewood is in the storage room in the yard.
The entrance provides ample space for lots of clothes and storage but also seating. Adjacent to the entrance you will find the "Sunday school room" which is suitable for breakfast or mingling.
Inside the entrance there is a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and plenty of utensils.
Bathroom with shower equipped with extra hot water for many residents.
Laundry room with extra bathroom and a washing machine.
The cabin is equipped with TV and Chromecast, wireless fiber connection is included in the rent.
Wrapped around the house, there is over 90 m2 patio facing the south and west, for sunbathing or nice meals day and night, equipped with table, chairs and barbeque grill suitable for many people.
The view over lake Skärvhult and the forest is wonderful from the patio .
About 200 meters from the house there is a swimming area and on the beach there is a boat with motor that is included in the rent.
Fishing license is included in the price, you fish for pike, perch etc.
There is plenty of space for cars in the yard. The area around the house is great for berries and mushroom picking, but also great opportunities for hiking, running and bicycling for several miles with paths and gravel roads.

The house is located in the northern part of Gnosjö municipality with High Chaparral, Store Mosse, Isaberga Mountain resort, Isabergs Golfklubb etc. within 20 minutes by car.
If you like the big city, Jönköping and Värnamo are within 1 hour drive.
Good connections from Gnosjö by train via coast to coast line.
But why travel away? - here you can enjoy the silence, nature and wildlife - not infrequently moose and deer come wandering across the plot.
