This is a paradise for fishing enthusiasts and many of those who rent a cabin here are surprised by the large selection of fishing. Lake Vättern is a smaller, long and narrow lake, although the second largest lake in Sweden and the sixth largest lake in the EU. Lake Vättern has an area of 1893 km2.
