Västergötland 2936 - Fantastic turn-of-the-century villa just outside of Gothenburg

The turn of the century villa is a historic building in Göta, 4 km from the town of Lilla Edet. It is 50 km to Gothenburg and Stenungsund, about 35 minutes by car, and 24 km to Trollhättan.

For those who want to get away from stress and demands and want all the comforts plus a little more, this house is the right option. Here you can enjoy peace and nature.

It offers individually furnished rooms, free WIFI in public areas, TV with lots of TV channels. There are 8 bedrooms. All rooms overlook the 12,000 m² garden. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the terrace, swim in the pool or outdoor hot tub and cook good food at the grill.

If you want to get active, there is also a volleyball court, boules court and a large grass area with soccer goals. Other common facilities at the villa include a sauna, outdoor and indoor spa baths, ping-pong tables, etc. and a lounge.

The party room on the first floor is very suitable for weddings or events of all kinds. Why not gather family and friends to enjoy a week together. All equipment is available such as chairs, tables, crockery, glasses, bar, fridge, freezer, kitchen with top dishwasher, lights and large sound system inside and outside. The rental period is counted from 17.00 on the day of arrival to 11.00 on the day of departure. The cleaning crew needs 6 hours to clean this big house and tidy up the garden. The rental price includes costs for electricity, heating and water. The rent is always paid before the rental period begins! In the event of an accident or damage, the deductible applies.

There are pillows, blankets and mattresses. Bed linen and towels are provided by the tenant. There is an additional cost for cleaning of SEK 2,850, which is done by an authorized cleaning company.

Fishing and hiking in lovely forest environments are popular activities in the immediate area. Lake Ryrsjön is about a 15-minute walk from the villa, where you can swim, fish and canoe. Lake Ryrsjön is well known to all the country's rowers and canoeists as competitions are often organized here.

At the lake you will find a marked hiking trail with fantastic views. There is good year-round fishing for pike and perch here.

A fishing kayak can be rented.

The area east of Lake Ryrsjön is a large natural forest area, which has been allowed to develop freely for a long time. Here is one of the county's most undisturbed environments, far from major roads and urban areas.
