The kitchen has a convection oven, stove and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with double beds (1.8 x 2.0 m), a children's room with a bunk bed 0.9 x 1.9 m), there is a nice enclosed patio. Bathroom with shower and WC. Adjacent to the enclosed patio is a wind-protected terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque grill. There are 2 parking spaces by the road. There is a charging box for charging electric cars.
The water comes from a 50 m deep well and has drinking water quality. The house is quietly located in the town of Örsås. The house is beautifully located on a cul-de-sac with forest on one side and open land on the other side. With a little luck you can see moose. In the surroundings there are only a few neighbors, it is quiet and relaxing. In the autumn there are a lot of mushrooms and berries to pick in the surrounding forest. For those interested in fishing, there are many good fishing waters nearby, there are many lakes you can swim and go boating in. There are several hiking trails in beautiful nature. Enjoy nature also from the water. At Lake Fegen there is a boat you can rent. In beautiful weather you can see the Sea Eagle.
