This cabin in the province of Värmland in Central Sweden has a fantastic location on its own headland and 500m to the nearest neighbor. Lake Brocken is only 40 meters from one side and 60 meters on the other side. There is a private lovely beach by the lake for young and old to enjoy.
In the large living room there is comfortable furniture, SAT-TV, video player and a lovely fireplace for really cozy summer evenings. In front of the cabin there is garden furniture on a large terrace with beautiful views of the lake.
The consumption of electricity is added, this is read on arrival and departure and charged according to consumption.
If you travel by electric car, there is a charging station at the vacation home. If you want to use the station, contact the owner and you will receive an electronic key to the station.There is an added fee for the use of the charging station.
The electric car must not be charged with normal household electricity, this is a fire hazard.
Summer time: Fishing, swimming, hiking, nature experiences, boat and canoe trips. Winter time: skiing. The nearest ski resort is called Hovfjället (www.hovfjallet.se) which is located about 8 km from the cabin.
In addition to a number of slopes, approx. 16, it is also one of the best cross-country skiing areas in Sweden at Hovfjället.
About 45 minutes from the cabin is one of the largest ski resorts in Sweden, Branäs (www.branas.se).
To the Sälen area it is about 1 ½ hour.
A normal winter, you can go winter fishing and even ice skate if there is not too much snow. Sometimes a skating rink is plowed on the ice.
In good ice conditions, the owner also usually make tracks on the ice with the snowmobile for cross-country skiing.
In Torsby there is a indoor ski tunnel, it is also available in the summer.
The lake is well suited for fishing, you need a fishing license to fish. The fishing license is relatively cheap.
Everything except grayling is in the lake by the cabin. Grayling is found in nearby streams.
