Värmland 120 - Wonderful house with both sauna and soaking tub

Cozy cabin with a wonderful view located by a lake in the province of Värmland , here you will find both a wood burning soaking tub and a wood-burning sauna for wonderful evenings.

Open floor plan living room / kitchen renovated (2011). Living room with a sofa group, a flat screen TV with satellite dish, DVD, stereo and a dining area with seating for 8 people.
There is also a wood burning stove for cozy evenings and access to wireless internet.
Smaller laundry room with a washing machine.

In front of the cabin there is a lovely natural yard with a nice view and if you are lucky you can spot a moose.

Only 200 meters to the lake, which is excellent for both swimming and fishing. At the lake there is both a rowing boat and a canoe available.
The picture of the white motorboat that has a 15 hp engine can be rented. It is located in another lake about 3-4 minutes by car from the cabin. This cabin can only be rented for whole weeks.

The wood-burning soaking tub costs SEK 1000 / week, if you want to use it.

Mandatory final cleaning fee SEK 700, - will be added.

In Sunne there are lots of attractions and activities for both adults and children. Below you'll find a selection of them. Feel free to visit the tourist office's website at www.varmland.org/.
In Sunne there is the newly opened Sunne water park. It is Sweden's coolest water park with lots of activities, here you also have mini golf, bowling and a nice restaurant. More info can be found at www.sunnevattenpark.se .
Rottneros park is a sculpture and flower park where there is also an adventure park for children with themes from the children's author Selma Lagerlöf's fairy tales.
For those interested in motorbikes, there is also a motorcycle museum. The park is located about 3km from the cabin. More info can be found at www.rottnerospark.se
Selma Lagerlöf's home Mårbacka is also located in Sunne. Selma received the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1909 and at Mårbacka there's guided tours to explore her home. More info can be found at www.marbacka.s.se . 
For those of you who want a Spa experience, there is Selma spa, which has been named Sweden's leading spa resort. There you can buy day packages for a quiet and pleasant day. More info can be found at www.selmaspa.se .

In Torsby about 35 km north of Sunne is the world's  longest ski tunnel, where you can go cross-country skiing all year round. You can rent equipment on site. More info is available at www.fortumskitunneltorsby.se
