In front of the house there is a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque grill, the view from here over the Baltic Sea is formidable.
The island has a bridge connection with the mainland. Easy to get into Stockholm's inner city from the house. The express bus to Slussen runs every 10 minutes on a highway without stops on the way in, it runs at all times of the day and evening.
It is a 10-minute walk from Slussen to the Royal Castle, and a 10-minute boat ride from Slussen to the Djurgård ferry that takes you to Skansen, or a 5-minute walk to Gröna Lund and the Vasa Ship Museum and more.
The end stop for the bus is in Stockholm's city. Most sights are within walking distance.
Stockholm is about 30 km by highway or 20 minutes by bus that leaves every 10 minutes from the nearest community, which is 6 km from the house.
Free parking next to the bus stop for your car if you rather take the bus into the city than driving.
